This machine is mainly used for building materials such as brick, stone, cement and concrete compressive strength test. This Machine adopts hydraulic transmission, the electronic load and digital display, manual control load, the products comply with GB/T50081-2002 standard requirement.

B,   Installation, commissioning, maintenance 

1、 Testing machine should be installed in a clean, dry, temperature uniformity, no vibration, no corrosion gas affect lab.

2、 Installation site location should be appropriate, should be easy to operation and maintenance, installation of foundation should be solid and reliable, the machine away from the wall should be around 800-1000 mm, so that the operation and maintenance.

3、 Tester level adjustment, with 0.10/1000 mm level measurement cylinder mesa, vertical and horizontal level + 1 case (or oblique pad iron pad under the base adjustment), good correction.

4、 Fuel oil is not used due to the different climate, now recommend oil specification is as follows: when the environment temperature of 15 ℃ + 5 ℃ recommended n46 GB433-84 hydraulic oil; When the environment temperature 28 ℃ + / - 5 ℃ n68 GB433-84 hydraulic oil as recommended.

5、 When refueling after opening the cover plate, unscrewed the tank of fuel cap an amount will be subject to the oil standard (about 7 to 8 kg). Use after a period of time as found oil turbidity should be replaced. When changing unscrewed the tank bottom plug can drain the oil and add new oil into kerosene fuel tank for cleaning, and then released. So after a few repetitions, oil with a towel, at the bottom of adding new oil.

6、 The machine should be kept clean inside and outside surface of unprotected often should besmear antirust oil, should be cut off power supply when not in use with hood to cover up.

7、 Installing a power supply, power supply should be paid attention to, whether the voltage is normal, three-phase ac voltage can not lack of phase. Chassis grounding logo must be ground wire, open the power supply before, shall confirm the correct wiring.

8、 Printer paper, the instrument will not be able to control print, please click the printer manual for printer paper again.

9、  This machine is high precision instruments and equipment, should be also       responsible for, maintenance, and according to certain cycle verification accuracy. If found to have abnormal situation should be shutdown check immediately. If it is a major problem should please repair professional and technical personnel.
